Milo

Milo is fighting Stage 4 Embryonal Rhabdomyosarcoma – Rhabdomyosarcoma is a cancer of soft tissue, such as muscles, nerves, cartilage and so on. Diagnosis was in October 28th, 2017; shy of his 3rd birthday. Milo endured 35 weeks of chemotherapy, followed by scans and the devasting news he wasn’t responding to treatment at all. At that point Milo switched to a new protocol, in which he’s currently on the 4th cycle out of 12.
He’s had 3 different surgeries to remove tumors, 2 rounds of radiation – lasting 28 days each. He recently had surgery to remove another tumor and will start radiation again, targeted at tumors in his lungs and groin area… Milo has 2 loving brothers who help him a lot during this hard time. Unfortunately Milo never reached NED (no evidence of disease) so it means he’s been fighting for this long! 2 years and a half. Continuously receiving treatment!
Keep fighting sweet warrior! 💪💛
